Noqtara does not store card details directly.
How we use information
This information is used to operate accounts, authenticate users, process ticket purchases, support organizers in managing events, communicate with users, improve the platform, maintain security, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis for processing
Where applicable, we process personal information based on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that assist in operating the platform, or where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Third-party service providers

International data transfers
Personal information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence through trusted international service providers. Where required by applicable law, appropriate legal, technical, and organizational safeguards are applied.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain platform security, and prevent fraud. If an account is deactivated, it is scheduled for permanent deletion 180 days later unless a legitimate operational or legal reason temporarily blocks deletion, such as an active event, unresolved ticket issue, or open dispute. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
