Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Noqtara by visitors, ticket purchasers, and event organizers. By accessing or using Noqtara, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Where required, acceptance is also recorded during organizer onboarding and purchaser checkout.
Key legal principles
Noqtara is a technology platform, not the seller of tickets. The ticket purchase agreement exists between the purchaser and the organizer. Organizers receive payments through their own connected payment provider account. Noqtara is not an escrow, guarantor, insurer, or fiduciary. The platform is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Where permitted by law, Noqtara's liability is limited to the fees actually paid to Noqtara during the previous 12 months.
Accounts
Users sign in through supported identity providers such as Google or Apple. Account holders are responsible for maintaining control of their identity-provider credentials and the accuracy of their account details.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for the legality of their events; the accuracy of event information; refunds and event fulfillment; compliance with applicable laws; taxes; payment obligations; admission procedures and venue operations; and all content they upload to the platform.
Intellectual property
Organizers warrant that they own or hold the necessary rights to all content they upload, including text, photos, logos, trademarks, lyrics, artwork, and videos. Noqtara has no obligation to verify ownership. Organizers agree to indemnify Noqtara against claims arising from that content. Noqtara may remove content or suspend events following a complaint or legal notice.
Payments
Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers connected by organizers. Purchasers represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method; Noqtara does not verify ownership of payment instruments. Chargebacks are handled by the issuing bank or payment provider. Noqtara may invalidate tickets connected with a reversed or fraudulent payment. Noqtara does not store payment card details directly.
Fraud
Noqtara does not guarantee organizer legitimacy, and publishing an event on Noqtara does not constitute an endorsement of it. Noqtara is not responsible for fraud committed by an organizer, but may cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement where appropriate.
Tickets and QR codes
One ticket equals one admission, and the first successful scan of a ticket's QR code is considered its valid use. Copies, screenshots, and duplicate QR codes are invalid, and purchasers are responsible for protecting their QR codes from disclosure. Organizers are responsible for offline sales, copied tickets, and admission control at their events. Noqtara is not responsible for actions taken outside the platform.
Event information
Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event descriptions, schedules, speakers, performers, venues, and all other representations about their events. Noqtara does not verify the accuracy or quality of this information. Subjective dissatisfaction with an event is not grounds for platform liability, and disputes about event quality are between the purchaser and the organizer.
Prohibited events
Illegal events, and events involving fraud, terrorism, hate, violence, human exploitation, unlawful animal abuse, or infringement of intellectual property rights, are prohibited. Noqtara may remove content or events that create legal, regulatory, operational, security, or reputational risk.
Account suspension
Noqtara may suspend or terminate any account or event, with or without explanation, where permitted by applicable law.
Account deactivation and deletion
Users may deactivate or request deletion of their account. An organizer's deletion request may be delayed until active events, purchaser obligations, refunds, disputes, and any legal retention requirements have been resolved, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
Noqtara may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, together with its Last Updated date. Material changes are additionally communicated to organizers by email.
Age and legal capacity
By using Noqtara, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noqtara is incorporated.
Dispute resolution
Where enforceable under applicable law, disputes are resolved through individual arbitration, and users waive the right to participate in a class action.
